These terms apply to your use of the PillTail app. By using the app you agree to them. Your purchase and use of the app through the App Store is also covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Not veterinary advice

PillTail helps you remember and record medications you enter yourself. It does not give medical or veterinary advice, check doses, or replace your vet. Always follow your vet's instructions and the medication's label.

Reminders

Reminders depend on your device's notification settings, Focus modes, battery settings and the app being opened from time to time. We work hard to make them reliable, but we can't guarantee every reminder will be delivered. You remain responsible for your pet's care.

PillTail Plus

PillTail Plus is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple Account. It renews at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Your data

Your data stays on your device. See the privacy policy. You are responsible for backing up your device.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from missed, delayed or incorrect reminders or records.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
